Our address is 4630 E. Grant Road Tucson Arizona 85712. We are near the South-West corner of Grant & Swan. That’s the corner with the Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins. We’re in a building with a blue awning.
Did you guys used to have a place up in Oro Valley?
Yes, we did, but that location closed June 24, 2010. Currently our only location is on Grant Road.

What forms of payment do you take?
In our physical store you may pay with cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, ApplePay, GoogleWallet, or Design & Adorn gift certificates. Sorry, we don’t take checks.
Online you may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal or Design & Adorn gift certificates.
What is your return policy?
We take a lot of pride in both our quality control and in helping you select the perfect beads, materials and tools for your project. However, sometimes an item doesn’t meet your expectations.
If it is a case of making a wrong materials selection, you may exchange or return for store credit unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please save your receipt. If you are not able to bring the item(s) to us in person, you are responsible for return shipping.
In the case of defective items, you may exchange or return for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are not able to bring the item(s) to us in person, you are responsible for return shipping.
The following categories of merchandise are final sale unless defective: trunk show, clearance, books and patterns.
Can I still shop on class days if I’m not in the class?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to shop with us any time we are open. Our hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 5pm and Friday & Saturday 10am to 6pm.
What are you class policies?
I have a resale license – can I get a discount?
If you sell your jewelry and have a valid resale license we can set you up as a tax exempt account. Bring us a copy of your resale license and fill out an A5000 form. This just takes a few minutes.
Our prices are very competitive and frequently the best in town. I invite you to compare us to other Tucson bead shops offering “wholesale” discounts. When you compare apples to apples (or beads to beads as the case may be), you’ll find that we have great everyday prices. Out of fairness to our loyal retail customers, we do not offer any special discounts for holders of resale licenses. We do offer a loyalty rewards program for frequent buyers and special email coupons for those who subscribe to our newsletter. We also offer bulk discounts on several categories of products.
How does the Loyalty Rewards Program work?
It’s very simple. We create an account for you in our computer and every time you shop with us the computer tracks how much you spend (that’s why we ask for your name). When you reach a reward level the computer automatically generates a reward certificate for you. You can use this reward certificate on your next purchase. After reaching one reward level, you start working towards the next.
Customers who have spent $1000 or more in the last calendar year will join our Diamond Level and will stay there until the end of the next calendar year!

Here’s the fine print for those who are interested in such things: The Loyalty Rewards Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Reward Certificates are a type of coupon and have no cash value and may not be used to purchase gift certificates. Reward certificates expire 1 year from date of issue. Some trunk shows may be excluded from participation in the rewards program. Diamond level is reached and maintained by spending $1000 or more per year.
