The Christmas in Palm Springs kumihimo necklace features three strands of fun, multi-color heishi beads strung up front and center in a casual, light-weight design. A simple spacer bead transitions you from stringing to beaded kumihimo. Acrylic magnetic endcaps complete the look. The Christmas in Palm Springs necklace uses size 11 seed beads around a core, so this is a great project for expanding your skill set. Previous experience with the basic round braid (kongoh gumi) on the foam disk is required.
