Darling Bouquet is a kumihimo kit for all levels, but because of the size 11 seed beads we strongly recommend that you have some previous beaded kumihimo experience before starting this kit. If this is your very first beaded kumihimo project, please review our Beaded Kumihimo Starter Guide before beginning your necklace. As for the floating beads in the focal area, you'll use basic jewelry making skills like cutting wire and crimping.
The Darling Bouquet kit includes: detailed step-by-step written instructions, acrylic flower beads, silver-plated or copper-plated ball headpins, Preciosa crystal bicones, Soft Flex beading wire, crimp bead, Japanese seed beads, Superlon braiding cord, stainless steel magnetic endcaps, big-eye needle, binding thread, and E6000.
Max finished length: 27"
Techniques used: kumihimo (all levels) and basic jewelry making (beginner)
You’ll need the following tools (not included) to complete the project: foam kumihimo disk (regular 1/2″ thickness), 8 weighted bobbins (~23g each), clip-on center weight (~45g), scissors, wire cutters, mighty crimping plier, 1.5mm bail-making plier.
