The Double Helix Pre-Recorded Video Class is a downloadable PDF that includes fully illustrated written instructions and links to over an hour of step-by-step videos. Nothing will be shipped to you. If you want to print out the written instructions, you'll need to have a printer. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the PDF file. You will need internet access to play the videos.
