Shipping policy
We process orders Tuesday through Friday. We are closed and out of the office on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
We're a small team of two people and we do our best to pack up your order within 2-3 business days of receiving it, but if many orders come in at once it may take us an extra day or two to pack up your order.
The time our mail carrier picks up is somewhat sporadic, so it's possible to get a shipping notice on one day, but have it scanned by the post office on our next business day.
Some items are made to order and will have some production time needed before your item is ready to ship. The item description will note this prominently at the top of the page if this is the case.
We ship all domestic packages using USPS mail. For most locations in the United States, your package will be delivered 1-9 days after we ship it. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
How much is shipping? How long will it take?
For destinations within the United States, we offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on orders over $79. Economy shipping will be our choice of USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Both of those include tracking. For domestics orders under $79, the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, it can take 1-9 days for your package to arrive at its destination. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
Selecting USPS Priority Mail does not change how long it takes us to process and pack your order.
Do you ship to Internationally?
We ship to the following international locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK. The shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times depend on the rate you selected, but are not guaranteed. Sometimes packages are held up in customs and take longer. You are responsible for any duties or import tariff fees. Per customs requirements, your package will come labeled with the contents and the retail price paid. We will not label your package as a gift because that would be mail fraud and I don't want to go to jail.
Do you ship to other international destinations besides those listed above?
No, sorry. Not at this time.
Delayed, Missing, Lost or Stolen Packages
Due to circumstances beyond our control such as postal service errors, weather or natural disasters, occasionally an order is delayed. The first thing you should do when you have not received your package within the expected time frame is to track it on the USPS website using the tracking number we emailed you. If your package is stuck in transit somewhere, contact your local post office.
If you have any changes or concerns about your shipping address after you have placed an order, let us know as soon as possible. We can often make corrections within 24 hours, but sometimes we're really on top of things and ship orders out as soon as they are received. If the order has shipped to the wrong address, we must wait until it’s returned to us to reship it. Additional shipping charges will apply, if you supplied us with an incorrect address. If your delivery address is not secure, please have your order shipped to a location that is less vulnerable to loss, such as a work address or post office box. We are not responsible for an order that the tracking says has been delivered but is missing. If the carrier has confirmed delivery of the package, no replacement order will be sent. Oftentimes those packages were brought in by a family member who failed to tell the recipient their package had arrived, or check with a neighbor who may have been delivered your package by mistake. If you have check with your neighbors, take your tracking number to your local post office and ask them to assist you in finding your missing package.
Claims for missing packages shown as delivered should be handled directly with your local post office or local police department.
