How Do I View My Order History
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will list the items that you ordered. Please make sure we have your correct email address. Check your spam or junk folder for your shipping confirmation if you don’t see it in a reasonable amount of time.
Once your order ships, another email is sent with the tracking number.
If you were logged in to your account when you placed the order, your order history will be visible on the "My Account" page. Click on the graphic that looks like a person at the top of the page. Orders place via "guest checkout" will not be saved to your account.
We moved to a new software platform in May 2021 and unfortunately we were not able to move your entire order history. Orders placed on our previous website platform, in our brick & mortar retail store (2008 - 2020), or on Facebook Live prior to May 28, 2021 will not appear in your order history.
