Canceling Website Orders

We can cancel your website order only BEFORE we ship it. Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your website order. 

Modifying Website Orders

If you need to make changes to your website order, you MUST contact us as soon as possible. 

We are sorry, but we cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Canceling or Modifying Kit of the Week Orders

Due to the limited time & quantity nature of the Kit of the Week, it's not fair to other shoppers if you purchase Kit of the Week items and then cancel.  We know mistakes happen and we're happy to help you modify or cancel a Kit of the Week order BEFORE THE SALE CLOSES ON TUESDAY.  We try to be cool about this, but if you abuse the system you'll be banned from future Kit of the Week offers.
