In-Person Shopping
Our brick & mortar bead store is now open three days a week!
Our address is 4630 E. Grant Road. We're near the Southwest corner of Grant & Swan.
Our hours for in-person shopping are generally Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Please check the schedule below for holiday closures and variations from the norm.
Do you offer the same selection of merchandise in-store as you do online?
No, not at all. They are related, but separate businesses.
Online you'll find kits, pattern PDFS, Zoom classes, endcaps, kumihimo tools, rattail, and Aratashi ribbon.
In-Person at our brick & mortar bead store you'll find: kits, tubes of seed beads, Superlon/C-Lon braiding string, strands of Czech glass, tools, Soft Flex wire, endcaps, findings, rattail, Aratashi ribbon. You know, bead store stuff. Like any other bead store, the longer we're open the more types of beads we'll offer.
Is see that kits and Aratashi ribbon are on both lists. Can I preview those items online and then come buy them in-person? Here's the thing... Kits in particular are in very limited quantity. Many styles are literally one-of-a-kind. We have two separate software systems for our two separate businesses and they don't talk to each other. It's not ideal, but it's what we have. That means that for limited quantity items, I have to decide where we're going to offer them for sale: online or in-store. They can't be both places at once.
Some kits that I have enough stock of, I'll split the inventory and put some online and some in-store. Again, if I only have one of a kit, I can't do that. So it will be one place or the other.
