There are many reasons why I love living in Tucson, but one major perk is that the world's biggest gem show comes to me! Over the years, I've come to know which vendors I can depend on for the best quality and this year I found some incredible treasures! When I first spotted these ity bitty faceted gemstones (they're about 3mm) I was floored by the colors, so rich! These are all natural without any treatments. I snapped the up and ran home to start designing.
The Beyond the Horizon bracelet is a half beaded kumihimo, half strung gemstone design featuring a focal clasp and clear quartz dangle. If you're not into metaphysical stuff, choose your bracelet kit by their gorgeous colors. If you enjoy contemplating magic, these are the properties often attributed to the stones:
- Amethyst: Healing & Balance. Some say it prevents overindulgence.
- Apatite: Manifestation, promoting personal power and achievement of goals
- Black Rutilated Quartz: Releasing negative energy
- Carnelian: Motivation & Creativity.
- Fluorite: Discernment. Promotes mental enhancement, truth, consciousness.
